01. DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
At Cadence, we offer a pay-as-you-go system. This way you're only purchasing classes that you actually use. If you're riding regularly, our larger series offer a price discount. To see our class pricing, Click Here
02. CAN I RIDE IF I AM PREGNANT?
We have many pregnant women who are able to ride up until their due date. However, we always advise that you consult with your doctor first before jumping on a bike at CadenceCycle.
03. WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE CLASS?
Can't make your class? In order to avoid losing the ride, just make sure to cancel your bike by 6:00 pm the previous night. Riders can cancel their class online or by calling the studio.
04. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Yes. It’s important for us to know who’s riding with us and to have all of your contact information. You can create an account online or by calling the studio (514.733.8111).

06. WHAT IF I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING IN THE CLASS?
One of the best things about our indoor cycling class is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each riders abilities and skill level. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first time riders to go at their own pace and have fun.
07. HOW IS CADENCE DIFFERENT FROM THE SPINNING CLASSES OFFERED AT MY GYM?
CADENCE is a full body indoor cycling workout. We ride to the beat of the music and incorporate upper body exercises into our workout.
08. HOW EARLY SHOULD I COME?
If it’s your first time riding with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if have not signed in 5 minutes after the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 10 minutes after the class starts (but we cannot guarantee it will be the one reserved online). In order for new riders to get the full Cadence experience, we cannot allow entrance into the studio once the ride starts, so please arrive early!
09. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We suggest wearing light-weight workout clothes, something that will keep you cool and comfortable, and don't forgot to wear socks! However, if you do forget socks, we sell them at the studio for $3.00!
010. DO I NEED CYCLING SHOES?
Cycling shoes offer a more secure position in the pedals enabling the cyclist to work much more efficiently. Pedal strokes become more powerful and allow you to target the correct muscle groups. At Cadence we use SPD pedals and cleats.
011. DO YOU HAVE WATER OR DO I HAVE TO BRING MINE?
In an effort to become green we have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up. We also sell Nestle PureLife Water, SmartWater and Vitamin Water at the studio.
